If it's a backyard fire in a barrel, nothing.
If it's a supervised field fire, nothing.
A residential or other building fire or any other uncontrolled fires, 911.

I call 911 emergency dispatch
999
then ask for the fire department
I have a fire extinguisher in almost every room and a smoke detector so that I will know about the fire within 30 seconds and can easily put it out. Otherwise, it's 911 emergency. But if I'm in Los Angeles CA, they will put you on hold, so know you know why I am so Fire Safe.
