Definetely!!! especially about grocery shopping...without it I forget everything...hehee....and also when preparing luggage to head off for a trip, I start making a list a week or so before, I'm sooo forgetful that if I don't do it that way, I will most likely forget the most important things, it has happened couple of times in the past and don't want it to be repeated again!!!

I absolutely rely on lists. I am a mother of two with a household to run. I have to write everything down as soon as I think of it, or more than likely I will forget about it.
