Not sure when, it's been a long process...
I know it when I wake up in the middle of the night because certain thoughts disturbed my dreams. When I wake up, I'm still thinking about these certain things.
Sounds like a personal problem to me.

About 7 years ago, I voted for George Bush and then it dawned on me.
I think everyone at some point in their life has flipped their lid. And if they said no I wouldn't believe them. I had it happen once about 20 years ago. I had borrowed my fathers car (I was very young then) with out his permission. He's a total neat freak. So I figured what could a few hours do? He's never know since he was out of town. Picked up my girl friends and headed on out to hang out with the group. Suddenly one of my friends ticked off a guy. They're petty flirting when to far. Next thing you know everyone was chucking eggs at my car! Trying to get her inside of it! I was furious. I lost it on them. Screaming on the top of my lungs at the guys that thought they where so cute. Oh was I mad and on top of it in big trouble. I didn't realize how crazy I was at the time except when there was 20 of them running in the other direction from me. I was pretty mad.
I heard if you admit to being crazy then you arent....its when you think you're not crazy and others think you are...that's when you should get paranoid!
