well they live in the wild cuz they are too stupid to own electronics and they pay for people to have sex with their daughters if that helps
No, they're just very traditional and don't like modern technology. It's just their choice about how they want to live. And they aren't "wild", they have houses and farms and such, but just live like people did back like 200 years ago.
They are people just like anybody else, so yes!
