For the Good of the Democratic Party, Should Hillary Clinton quit NOW?!

Question: By waiting until the Democratic Convention will this just divide the party more and elect McCain in November? I am a Democrat that hasn't decided which one is best myself but if it is drawn out, it will definitely split the party. What is you take on the subject.

Unfortunately, I do not think it matters.

There are a lot of people who will not vote for a woman or a black person.

Therefore, I believe that will help McCain win.

I DO NOT want another republican in office. I would like to see Hilary and Obama as team in office!!!!

No. I'm a Republican and like watching the civil war. It gives me a good excuse to make popcorn and sit back and watch the news.

yes, time to quit and focus upon the Presidential race.

I just want to see Obama win the whole damn thing.. after being at his Rally that's all i really want

Yes I think so Because Obama Would make a Better Leader then Hillary.

Yes

I don't think hilary should quit now! She has a pretty good chance of winning still! I don't want her to win, but I still think she shouldn't quit! Also, Al Gore quit against Bush, and he would have definately won!

yes

I am for Obama, so I think she should definitely drop out. The democratic party needs to focus on going against the republican candidate, and not each other!

I will say this again. I'm so disappointed in our choices for President. I don't know that I will even bother to vote.

yupp

no, i don't think she should quit. you never know what may pop up along the way to boost her ahead. i choose her anyway, over obama.

Yes!
Obama RuLeZ!

No. This is part of the process. The final Dem nominee should be someone who gets the majority of votes form Dems across the country. I think it would help if they both completely stopped the negative campaigning, though. Their criticisms could be brought up again later by McCain, and that could help Dem chances of securing the White House.

yes

im not really into politics so idk

BARACK OBAMA '08!!!!

it doesn't really matter..McCain will win in the end

For the good of the party, I hope that Hillary IS the nominee! While I admire Obama and believe he is a good man, it is my firm observation that there are still too many racists in this country who would NEVER vote for a black man for President! I truly believe that if Barack Obama is the nominee, then John McCain will win just for this very reason.

I have not a prejudiced bone in my body, but I know people who are Democrats and are still very racist. That is why, for the good of the COUNTRY as well as the Democratic Party, Hillary Clinton MUST become the party's nominee!

I think it really doesn't matter. All this talk on the radio and tv is just that talk. Talking heads who like to hear themselves but THEY are never right...oh how i recall the polls which gave kerry a lead over bush...AND THE SAME one's that had the first clinton losing.

fact of the matter is this Hillary and Obama have to much of a backing to blow this. I do think she should step down..but fact is OBAMA DOESN'T have enough votes to win the nom either-so why should she step down?..and STATISTICALLY ITS NOT POSSIBLE for him to outright win it. Hence why we keep hearing about these superdelegates. Its good for america to keep the fight going...isn't that what we try to teach our kids? oh i forgot not when i comes to politics..oh my bad..forgot we can't have our cake and eat it to...hypocritical or ironic? you tell me

Don't worry about what's being said right now. Watch in a few months dems will go on the attack (if they are smart) and start pointing out how mccains mother is a racist. The tables will turn..just give it time. The conservative media (lets be real the media is 90% CONSERVATIVE) is only brining up Wrights words because it is ALWAYS THE MEDIA that makes things a race issue..gee i wonder why? Ironic enough wright didnt' say a thing about race-but according to the media (which infulences many of the conervative sheep) he's a racist blackman (in other words he's a upity n e.g.r.o..and we can't have that now can we!!!)...oh well....but perhaps because America still has issues with race we get so many upset that a black man speaks the truth? hmm...

I'm Republican and I've had it. Whoever runs in the demorcratic ticket has my vote. I am leaning towards Obama though. I'm not really anything, but to vote primaries you have to register one or the other. I vote for whoever is the best person for the job myself.
