because its illegal for a 23 yr old to date a 15 old...I can't even imagine what a 23 yr old would have in common with a 15 yr old. The maturity level is just too different so its not the same thing as being 40 and dating a 32 yr old

B/c someone who is fifthteen is a minor in the eyes of the law and the twentythree year old in commiting a crimimal act if there is any sexual acts taking place in the relationship.

cuz 15 is juvenile so people assume she/he is not mature and logical enough to figure if its right or wrong to date someone way older than him/herself.. the difference is whether the person is teen or an adult. That's why adults are often responsible of their own choices whereas teens are still taken care of by their parents
Because 15 is still in the stage of "young adult", where as a 23 year old, has responsibility of himself/herself. If that makes sense? O.0
Because you are still a teenager. you still have to know a lot about this world. At the age of 32, you have learned a lot more than you have at 15.
maturation produces a thing we like to call "proper judgment" - a 32 and 40 year old have gained the ability to properly judge a situation such as their romantic life. 15 is a child.
15 year olds are children. The 23 year old could even end up in prison, if they touch.
40 and 32 are grown ups.
because its illegal... and if you really love that 23 y/o wait for another 3 years or you'll put the 23 year old branded as sex offender for life and completely ruin his future...

The 23 year old is at risk of going to the penitentiary though back in the old days it wasn't uncommon but it's a law not worth breaking if you care about the person . Once your of legal age the restrictions are lifted .
15 and 23 don't have the life lessons of someone that is 40 and 32. Someone that is 15 is still a teenager for one thing! Why would a 15 yr. old want to put someone in prison should be the question.
15 not the right age to date someone,doesn't he or her know that? unless it a fix thing like my parents got a daughter who is 15 and her partner is his best friend got a son 23 .
They fix their marriage, they can date, and hold hands not more then that is not advisable.
