Zero, I don't like sugar in coffee. It ruins the taste of coffee.

I don't have ANY sugars in any of my hot drinks, except hot chocolate. I like my coffee and tea plain---not even with milk or cream.

in a single cup, I use two, but living in the states we make it a little different from others

in tea, half the time none, sometimes 1
