Question: He can play any instrument just by listening and he has a great voice... but we don't know where to start. What do we do to get him starting in this business?

Start small; look for clubs and restaurants that like live music. It doesn't have to be the freaking Ritz; just some local pub or something will do... then, if a bunch of hippies with a variety of instruments decide to make you their contacts, make sure you keep them close at hand, you could need them later...

Go to a school to recieve a good training to know how it goes in the global Business. You should go to a business seminary because they help people about how to start small business.

Let the boy do what he wants to.
Get him to go on the X factor, or Americas got Talent..or for whatever Country you are from.
there are a lot of coffee houses that have bands play maybe he can start there I love going to listen to music at the coffee houses :) GOOD LUCK and BEST WISHES to him :)
