I know. There are sooo many stupid questions from interviewers. I've had 2 real men who didn't screw around with those kind of stupid, let me figure you out kinds of questions & it was refreshing.
They expect us to say, "Cakes, cookies, brownies." ???

I take the modest approach and ask them what THEY can offer me....."there are many companys like this one, but there's only one of me." then laugh nervously and smile.
If they don't laugh, say
"a dedicated employee who is a team leader and also thrives working independantly...a true asset to the company and you won't regret it!"
