Question: Ellie let some girl use her ipod now it's gone. The girl said she "lost it". We both know she did not loose it. What should she do? I can't believe someone would steal at church.

well depending on how old the kids are they can say something to the parents but thats the best i think you can do i mean it is only an ipod. and yea people are rude like that to steal in church they have no respect for anyone now adays

In my office they went into my hand bag and took my pda, they left my ipod, wallet, digital camera, just took the phone, that is to show you that it doesn't matter where you are, there are thieves everywhere!!

ask your preacher to help you with the situation as since you have already "confronted" her, you now need to have an authority in the church speak with her as she thinks she has the ipod on a "permanent loan"
Maybe ask your preacher if he can make an announcment next Sunday, asking for the iPod to be returned.

That is to harsh and as we know God don't like ugly but i would tell the paster as she had it there and i would have my mom talk to her mom as they are not cheap.People sometimes have no respect for themselves' so how can they respect others.I feel her pain and hope she get;s it back or have the girls parents buy her another.
If she said she lost it, then doesnt that make it her fault for borrowing something and then losing it? Therefore she should have to pay for it. I think she would have more of an arguement if she said someone stole it, but even then it is still her fault. what type of ipod is it anyways?
