Polls & Surveys: do you say "bear feet" differently from how you say &!
Question: When you say "bear feet" as in you are talking about a bear's feet, do you say it differently from the way you say "bare feet" as in you are talking about someone having bare feet?
I do. I stress the words differently I guess. Just wondering if anyone else does! This came about one day when I was riding in the car with my shoes off and my kids were in the back seat. For some reason I started talking about having bare feet and my son who was four or five at the time started cracking up because he thought I was saying that I had bear feet. Then I started thinking about it and I realized that he would be too young to pick up on the different way I say those two phrases.
Anyway... Do you say it differently?
