Who ever I felt answered completely and whomever answer I agree with the most.

*edit* I just realized you were really asking about choosing a best answer. My bad. Yeah, wait a few hours and then a blue button thing will appear under the our answers that says "Choose As Best Answer"
You wait a few hours and select "choose as best answer" next to my avatar.
just decide who has answered the question the best, some people give more info for the question. others a funny answer. so whatever answer you like best.
