I am a customer service supervisor for a phone company, and if I may say myself, on of the most mellow people on Earth. Today I had several screaming people, two people call me and idiot, and one insult my sexuality. No big deal that’s what I get paid the big bucks (hehe as I look as my lousy W-2) because I don’t get hooked and I let people vent. But when I get home and some one threatens or insults my children, that’s a completely different story, so I guess my kids are my “button.”
