Should I have been written up for saying the following?!
Question: i used to work at burger king, and one day, i just got sick of the drive thru customers, that after one of them told me to "give them one second" (after i asked them how i could help them), i told them "sorry, we dont sell seconds...only burgers."
the customer got angry, and left. i got written up.

No, I don't think you deserved it. Honestly, what you said was probably not the most well-planned response, but we all make mistakes and if you're gonna mess up that was pretty mild, and it's really not a big deal. Considering the context of the conversation, I would have laughed if I were in that person's situation and taken it as a joke. Either way, it's really not a big deal and the customer really overreacted.
