Can you sue someone if you get shocked climbing over their electric fence if the!

Question: say you just wanted to check out the neighbor's garden

Answers: say you just wanted to check out the neighbor's garden

only if it messed up your hair or scarred your beautiful face for life or something

Absolutely.

LOL. I don't know if such precedent exists, but you won't know until you try. :)

You know, I wouldn't be surprised if you can and get away with it.

yes of course

Sure... but chances are the court would say the neighbor was only partly to blame since I was trespassing.

Well, a lady sued McDonald's for not reminding her that coffee is HOT....so I'd say you could pull it off.

I doubt it. In fact, they could probably CHARGE you with trespassing. In thjat case, you should reVOLT.

i think you can! if some one breaks into your house and your dog bits him you can get sued if there isnt a beware of dog sing up!!!!

Absolutely. Especially since Tublets are an internationally protected species and should never be harmed only a little jostled during rough sex.

Yes.

Well, Lets see here? U know u climbing neighbors fence? U know U tresspassing? I think U lucky U didn't get shot. U want to check his garden U just go to his door and knock. Electreic fences are pretty wussy these days. Once upon a time my Dad ran a couple of miles of electric fence to keep hogs in. Say about 1958. It ran 220 volts on for a second off for a second. Wouldn't kill a hog but it would throw him back about 10 feet. One of my little buddies was used to 12 volt horse fences. He said he could piss on an electric fence. I told him U won't do it twice on this one. He pulled it out and did it. He didn't walk proper for a month. U lucky U didn't have my dad's fence. NOW any electric fence is obvious........wire is on insulators. Fools don't win lawsuits, signs or not. Trespassers are always wrong. You don't really have an electrified leg to stand on. I will bet you respect the next fence you see, electrified or not! One of life's little lessons learned the hard way. The next fence you come to may not be electrified. Does that make it any less someone elses property? Does that give you any right to climb the fence instead of going to the gate? I think not. Posted or not your only path to someone elses property is a straight line from the gate to the door. Any deviation from that entitles the landowner to assume you are tresspassing. Here and in many other places a landowner can defend against tresspassers with deadly force. In plain language He can pull out a rifle or shotgun or a pistol and blow your sorry butt away, legally. Dead men can't sue. Landowner wins 90+% of these cases. SO shut the foolish nonsense up about a lawsuit. Feel lucky you still alive. Thank whatever god you believe in that your neighbor protected his garden with an electric fence instead of a .30 cal rifle. He could have killed you legally. Your electric shock was only a wakeup. You could learn some manners before you come to my garden.
