Nope - I verified it by checking the wiki page of all characters, even those that only appeared once... no Bud. There was a "Buzz Killington", that's the only one that's even close.

I don't think she knew what she was talking about...I watch that every night and i've never heard of a Bud...Maybe she was thinking Meg...Damn people who think they kno what they're talking about..
