it was going off the overpass and down to the road below.

Well I watched Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets a few weeks ago on TV, there was flying car in that, it was heading to Hogwarts of course.

movie

Yesterday while my son was throwing his toy cars around, and they were being aimed at my head, lol

In the movie, Back to The Future...it was going back
to the Future.

A toy one the other day my little lad through it to simulate a crash. Where was it going towards my head if I had not have ducked lucky me hey.

There were several attempts to build a successful flying car - it goes without saying most occured in the Untied State of Americans, and that they were all resounding failures. The picture I have before me right now is of the hideous machine built by Moulton Taylor in the early 1950s. Some called it his brainchild - some his brainstorm. With predictable originality the designer called his creation the 'Aerocar'. Power was provided by a small Lycoming engine driving a tail-mounted 'pusher' propellor. Conversion from car into airplane, or back, was claimed possible in a just few minutes - perhaps - if you were sufficiently dexterous and light on your feet. Where did it fly? Straight down the toilet of course - it was entirely impractical - very inadequate as a car, far worse as an airplane - and very expensive.

I quite often see flying cars they are usually flying over speed ramps because they are being driven to fast.

In the flying lane. Seriously, on TV watching a Nascar race. One of the drivers hit another car and his car went airborne
