Yes. Several times at work. In the freight elevator, which was over 40 years old. The elevator had no emergency phone. And still does not, from what I've heard. Supposedly they have installed a emergency bell now. I once had to pry the doors open, and climb out when it was stuck between floors. The longest I've ever been stuck in it was 30 minutes. I could not get the doors open. I used my cell phone to call for help. I had to wait for the building engineer to get it started again.
Nope, and I hope it will never happen to me, cause I would freak out :)

Yeah, about 1/2 hour. Lucky I didn't have to pee!
