I would ignore the lights and let the neighbours get on with it.
i would leave it alone. saves them the time.

No. It wouldn't bother me and I don't think anyone has a right to tell them if it does. That's the HOA's business.
Heck, if I had the choice/power.. Christmas would be every day. :] Who cares about lights. They're pretty!
I wouldn't care... haha I still have christmas lights up in my bedroom, I also have popsicle and heart lights.

I don't care. It is their house not mine, whatever.
My neighbors keep their own up continually. They're silly and wasteful but I'm not paying their electric bill. So, who cares?
I would be so annoyed!!! I wouldn't say anything though, unless I was willing to offer my services and help take them down......

No I wouldn't care less. I don't celebrate Christmas anyway.
I can't see my neighbors houses from my house so I don't care, in fact I have quite a few friends who leave their "happy lights" on all year. I think they are festive and fun, as long as they are not at my house. Thank you very much.
