Question: OOOOOHHHH YEAH! There is this creepy guy who lives in my building who always makes a point of coming out to his balcony when I get home from work. He is always trying to get personal information about me and asking if I want to hang out (I'm 24 and hes 47), I have had to tell him that I am still with my boyfriend (even though I am single) so that he doesn't know I am alone in my apartment...

In answer to your question(the other person commenting doesn't seem to be answering your question) Yes, I have a neighbor or rather, the neighbor's son who I wished lived on the next block, rather than right beside me. Her son is 4 years old, and he is a menace! Lol! He comes on our property, and tears up flowers, throws rocks at windows, and likes to mess around in out garage. It's awful!
