I would confont my friend politely and tell her... "Back off... get your own man!" ok... so I stole that from a commercial. check in with your guy. maybe the two of you can have a plan that squeezes her out of your equation... and if she really is hunting your guy... I'd tell her that she's no longer your friend and that she's lost a good frienship over a guy... my mom always said to never pee in your own pool... one summer I truly got what she meant... good luck.
