Dresses or skirts?!
Question: I feel that dresses have a certain charm to them that makes me pause and take a second look and hence are my preference. Though skirts, in my opinion, project a more vibrant, fun air. Still it depends mostly on the personality of the wearer. Of course climate would probably have something to say about this matter as well =D

It depends. Uniform-wise: I would wear a dress but for casual, I would wear a skirt with leggings (and a top =D)
