No Country for Old Men...?!

Question: Who got the money in the end? Did that character who took the money from the crime scene still alive in the end?
Would you have gone back w/ the water for the dying man?

I think Tommy Lee Jones' character ended up with the money, because he was talking to his father about retiring. It seemed kind of random and out of the blue unless you consider that he got the money.

I wouldn't have taken water back, honestly. I would have gotten as far away from that place as I could, in a hurry. He was going to die, anyway.

I would of gotten him water quicker than Josh Brolin did. As for who got the money I have no idea. Just that the ending of that movie sucked.

In the movie, no one got the money in the end. The protagonist threw most if it off the bridge by the Mexican border, never went back, and never told anyone where it was (perhaps the book is different on this issue).

I wouldn't have brought water back for the dying man because that is a useless gesture. I would have called the paramedics instead.

The mexicans followed his wife and her mother, they found out where he was, killed him and took the money. Yes it was the right thing to do! But I would have checked out the money first if I planned on keeping the money.
