Well, if it was you that hung up on me then I would probably sit and mope about it for a long time.....But in general, I would call back...the choice words ummm maybe.
It depends. If I have done something wrong to them I try and apologise. I often find that I maybe in the wrong just as much as the person who has hung up on me.
Move on! When they finally call don't answer for the first three times, then act like nothing happened. Don't ever let them see you mad about being hung up on.
