Ah-haaa...a caffeine junkie...no wonder your stomach is upset...I used to be able to drink all of the coffee/tea I liked till I had the stalker after me...then it got so bad, my hands...and sometimes, my entire body would shake...so, I had to quit it altogether...since I've been away from that for about nine years, I can now have about three regular cups before I start feeling jittery...for some reason, sodas don't bother me at all...also, there's the beginning of talk now, here in the States, that the government is looking into regulating caffeine like a drug...(which I said they'd do...years ago)...

It seems like one of those things that grown ups do, but now I've been drawn to the other side! Argh!!
I reckon about 7 cups of Tea and 2 coffee`s and Cocoa at bedtime (awwwwwwww... bless)., but I recently changed to de-caff coz I think too much caffeine gives you the jitters...

I don't keep count. I drink about a half a pot of coffee some days other days only two or three cups when I am busier. I started drinking some hot tea recently. It is good and good for you. It has antioxidents. I drink only a one a day of hot tea.
Bad habit but me N hubby drink loads of tea Id say at least 10-15 per day . seems loads to me anyway.
It depends , On a good day it can be up to 4 mugs of coffee a day, a bad day when I have had no sleep thanks to my son, heaven only knows.All I know is I should have shares in Nescafe ! lol
