One time I had some lady send me this 3 page hate letter about how I had insulted her, mind you.....I hadn't used YA in like a month. So when I e-mailed her back with a simple "What are you talking about?" She responded by saying "I thought you were someone else." No apology, nothing. I just laughed, people are dumb.
