B. Nuclear holocaust. I thought of this one first, because I think it is one of the most dangerous threats in modern warfare. With the advent of nuclear capabilities in third world countries, the possibility of a (single or multiple) nuclear event becomes more real every day.
The second one I would choose is C, which could happen because of our stupidity, insanity, or inability to respond appropriately - or all three!
But, on the lighter side, a Zombie takeover could be possible. Just look at the presidential candidates..... :)
