How often do you feel like it just isn't worth it?!
Question: Not now, but i used to. i lost a job i really loved and cant go back to, i have a child with behavioural probs and family finances are really tight. this made me feel like there was no point to anything. then one day ,as i was watching tv, i came to the realisation that life was too short to waste on negative feelings. i enrolled on a university course ( am almost through year 1 of 3, and am really loving it); i realised that my son's the only one who can control his behaviour (although o can advise him on improvements he can make, i cant force him to change - its up to him to take responsibility for it).
Finances are still tight, but im thinking seriously about getting a job as well as studying- it may be difficult, but im sure i can cope.
Ive begun to believe in myself a lot more now, and negative feelings don't intrude any more.

Not often. Just when I get overtired or burned out.... but after some sleep and a break, I always realize and remember why it is worth it.
