I would have a restaurant that served Italian(so like a pasta dish) Mexican(some spicy burito or salad) and Chineese(so either pork and noodles)

Something that you can't make good at home like sushi

PB & J

I personally like places that have a good mixture of everything, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, home cookin...I'm never in the mood for the same thing every day...

Health food. I would provide a menu that would have flavorful but healthy food. Low sodium, low fat, sugar free or low sugar, calories, etc. All of this information would be available on the menu. I would also have some items available that would not be considered healthy, but those items would be limited.

I'd want at least one standout dish featuring beef, pork, seafood, poultry and one vegetarian. The rest of the dishes would be "classics" for the style of food the restaurant served.
So, for me... an affordable Italian restaurant serving braciola, braised pork chops on polenta, lobster ravioli, chicken cacciatore, and a really fab vegetable lasagna with a creamy white sauce.

Vegetarian/Vegan and we would cater to people with food allergies. We wouldn't serve alcohol, but we would have various blends of coffee and tea. We would also do fruit drinks and smoothies. And please, no children under 12 years of age. (It would be a quiet place for people to enjoy thier food and not have to worry about obnoxious kids and screaming babies.)

My favorite Resuraunt has a mix of everything on their menu. Crab cakes, Lamb, Spinich Artichoke Lazagna,Fish, Deli sandwiches and wraps, Hamburgers with a bunch of stuff on them, and some that are simple, pasta with shrimp or sausage, They even have a Chicken Burrito, a Bruchetta Salad is my Favortie dish on their menu. Since they have so many things to choose from every one is happy.

a seafood mains and entree,s as here in queensland we have a great range of seafood ,the best in the world
