The radio always. For the longest time I have been sleeping with my radio on.
I like sleeping with the radio, it comforts me.

My alarm clock buzzing and my puppy nudging me with his cold wet nose to let him outside to pee. When I let him out, I grab a cuppa coffee and sit outside for a few minutes with him. It's a good way to start the morning.
