I gotta with yes, but she's got a serious streak, so she may not be willing to be a party animal too often.
Im gonna have to say , ewww, shes old and dusty and I wish I had her money.
Of course she is! She probably hears some good party ideas on the show...thinks to herself "damn that sounds like fun" and then after the show-her and byrd go out and party like it's 1999.
I don't know about her being a party animal but I sure do like the way she runs her courtroom! Wish she'd run for president--then I'd have somebody to vote for!!!
