You've probably never even heard of it, but one place is Eureka Springs, Arkansas. It's a small town, but believe it or not, it's got a thriving artistic community and it's one of the few places in Arkansas in which the anti-marijuana laws aren't strictly enforced. It's also got the Crescent Hotel, which is supposed to be haunted and was once featured on "Unsolved Mysteries".
