Abortion: What are your thoughts?!
Question: Okay... well I had a patron come into today... she is really sweet but today I found out how conservative she was... and because of where I work ... I really didn't know what to say... she wants to talk more about it... but I really don't want to share my thoughts ... without really having a back up to example my pro choice... views... She has a friend that she was telling me about who was pregnant and how she was telling her she keep the baby even though her friend can't handle taking care of a baby... I don't know... I do not want any part of her abortion talk but I do feel that I should educated her more... what do you think about abortion and what I should do....
And I am using POLLS and SURVEY.... cause I need opinions.

I don't judge other people about this topic. Nobody should try to force anyone to have or not to have one. It's legal for a reason.

Abortion shouldnt be used as a form of birth control. I do think it should be available for rape victims or if the mother or baby will be endangered..that is it~

I think your "friend" needs to mind her own business when it comes to someone else's pregnacy. People who want to interject their "morals" on others make me VOMIT!!!!!!!!!
I am totally pro choice! I think you should tell her that the workplace isn't a good environment to discuss those kinds of issues in...oh.wait she is a patron? Just smiles & grit your teeth...those kinds of people will never open up their ears to listen.
First of anyone that has an abortion or is thinking of one schould know that , that baby will be with you for the rest of your life. its going to be on your mind 24/7 , how can anyone be so cruel? and everyone schould know that you've just killed a baby and your going to HELL

It sounds like you want to be pro choice without understanding all the true facts, that is why you feel uncomfortable about getting into a possible debate with someone who is adamantly pro life and is educated in the facts.
Maybe you could do some indepth research on your own to solidify your beliefs. Unless you may be afraid you will find the facts too disturbing to support. Maybe you don't want to know the truth as ignorance is bliss?
