Are you kidding me?
I lived in New Jersey when it happened.
I felt the ground tremble. It was sooo scary. I remember our school got let out early, too. I knew three people who were actually IN the buildings. Two made it, one didn't. :(

Being that it happened almost seven years ago, nope. Only when the media beings it up. Yes, it was a tragedy. And yes, we should honor those who lost their lives. But at some point we must move on and deal with the current items. Those who dwell in the past never seem to get very far. Yet, "those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it."

what happened on 9/11 was really awful. But so is people getting cancer. and so is people being killed by tsunamis and hurricanes but at the same time if people didnt die, the earth would be overpopulated and people would die from starvation and other things. just think of it as everyone who dies is doing their part to save the world.

i agree with the first dude.
it's okay to remember it but we have to move on and honor those who died by catching the bastards that did it.

I do think about it. I often wonder how those families are doing now after all these years. How those babies are now 7 years old and living without even knowing one or both of their parents. I don't ever want to forget, I also think all the time of our soldiers fighting for us!! Let's not forget them either.

I never dwell on the past... I never cry over spilled milk... and I don't contemplate the "what might have been". These things lead to depression.
