They fit perfectly in the side
pocket of my parachute pants.
Oh yes I remember, but I think that if people did start using them again you can bet that the teenagers would soon start a new fashion..lets face it mobile phones can't get much smaller! So there is only one way to go...
I think it would be cool if i saw someone using an old brick phone, confidence that is =)
HAHAHA YUP I REMEMBER THOESE HAHA THEY WERE SO HUGHE....WHAT A WAY 2 TRY AND IMPRESS A GIRL OR QUOTE "SHOW OFF UR PHONE"...LMAO
I remember those huge shoe boxes, they were the rage back then. I doubt they would be useable in today's technology though.
I was helping my parents clean the other day and I found one. If you could find a charger for it I am sure it would still work LOL.
Yes, a huge phone with a big battery pack and an antennae on the car.
i remember them they were big fat chunky things that you had to carry around in a briefcase. some fo the phones now arent that small for example some pda's.
My cell phone back than looked like a remote o the garage.... it was a Sprinit. Ah the good ole days... I would pull them aside and say I think it's time or a new phone.
I think if I had mines it would still wok but I donated them.
There was an X-Files episode that was set round about that time -- it was about Mulder meeting the Lone Gunman crew -- and their use of retro props was great. So Mulder whips his phone out of his back pocket (more or less :-), except it's a brick. Good fun.
it probably would still work but the cell phone companies wont let u use them any more becuz they cant trace ur signal with them.i i do remember them i would use one just to see what someone would say or what they would do.
Still have the old brick! It's come a long way baby!
You mean the walkie talkies.
I even remember when my Dad first got the car phone...LOL
It was in a briefcase and it hooked up to the car...

Now those were cool....
