A few hours...used to give up and go to bed and it would be ok in the morning. Not happened for a long time...just my 360 that's being a pain now.
Yesterday I was off for 10 minutes, but used a different browser and managed to log back on to my account again.

Never had 999error but I have lots of we are taking a breather moments.
Had them before, i usually delete all my cookies etc, then switch off and restart, and i am back on-line, but glad you are here
