Question: I would choose a law that stipulates harsher punishments on pedophiles of all kinds.
That if a person rapes a woman, man, or child, and are proven to be a pedophile, and proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, that they be released into general population in prison instead of administrative segregation...So they will know what it feels like to be raped before they die. Then I want them put to death, because pedophiles can not be reformed. A painful death would be nice.

What a fantastic question! Have a star! It's a tough one though as there are so many things I would like to make illegal. I would say ban smoking, this is only one of many but I know that even those people who smoke, don't really want to be addicted. Not a very realistic one I know but they should make it illegal to make cigarettes, then the health of our world would surely improve.
