Question: I found what appears to be a very valuable 52" plasma television in my neighbors garage. Were can I find out the value before he returns from work?

Who cares, just take it. People from South America don't even wear clothes, he probably doesn't know what the tv is.

Well,I know that it has been said that once you put something "in" or "out" for the trash man to pick up it's anyones (treasure) to pick up.....but,that is according to the laws in your state/town/country etc.....
But,As for what the value of the tv is worth - if it's in the trash it's generally there for a good reason - it don't work.......
But,also if you are interested still in this item....find out the brand of it,size and etc. and go online and scan the web for it......and you'll be sure to find out what the price/value of it is for sure.
(( But be smart and make sure you can take it out of his trahs first....legally.))
