What's the best way to beat my meat?!


Question: I just got back from the ghetto grocery store. Talk about a $2 steak, I bought three steaks at $1.50 each!!

So do I use one of those metal meat-beater things, or do I mix in some tenderizer?

What I do is first, pour some nice oil on it and rub it in real good until the meat is covered from one end to another. Olive oil works great. Then sort of massage it deep into the tissue in back and forth stroking motions. If you're up for a bit of a kick, add some hot sauce to it. Then, when you feel like it's done enough, let it mellow in a dark place for a few hours.

Use a baseball bat.

tenderizer? tenderizer? - all that MSG - NOT!

pre-boil the meat and that should have tenderize it.

use a brick!

Wow, I guess you could use a mallet.

pound it with your fists until the juice comes out!
