He is not a fraud. He is world renowned for his culinary talents. I love Kitchen Nightmares too and I read that it is not made up. Of course, like every other reality show, I'm sure the producers added some element of drama for the cameras.
I guess Chef Gordon Ramsay is a little over-the-top sometimes, well I guess most of the time, and it seems like it's all an act. I still enjoy the show though.
