If you let other people ruin your day, your giving them power over you. I don't let them do that, I've developed a thick skin but I also don't assume the worst of people I don't know. If you do those two things at least, you'll be able to leave all the bad feelings or spells behind and go on living well.

If I hear a bad spell I tend to remember it and use it to my advantage. Magic is magic. The evil in it is a debate as to what is black magic and what is not. I say if the harm the spell does is not heinous then odds are the spell is not black. So, yes, I will hold on to those spells in case they serve my purposes in the future.
i dont do that, i just leave them behind and let them mind their own. i have enough bad spells to face i try my best to protect myself from people who can give bad vibes on me.
