How do you cheer your self up if you are feeling sad?!
Question: i was in a really foul mood the other day and just felt horrible and sad, but i put a lee evens dvd on and i was pissing myself laughing 20 minutes later.
top gear cheers me up as well, if ive had a crap day at work, the channel dave comes on and top gear is on.

I listen to music when I feel sad... that usually does it.
I wake up bagpuss and then we see what funwe can have in the shop
call up a friend.
listen to your favorite song.
watch a funny video on youtube.
but definately call a friend. friends always know how to cheer you up. =]

Apparently having a pet can lift mild depression ;) Dunno if it's true or not but you never know
I put on some music to get me out of the sad mood. Also, my cats are always there to comfort me! There's nothing like a little purring to cheer me up!
i go for a long run with the dog and the kids. or take them to the park.... when im feeling upset or sorry for myself my kids always remind me how lucky i am :)

I play some sad music and have a candle lit bath... then I usually cry (I know that sounds weird).... after I am done crying, I usually feel MUCH better...
If I still don't feel good, I make myself some spiked hot chocolate
Go see my lovely granddaughters. They always cheer me up. There are 3 of them. They are young and high spirited.
