Question: I negotiated with my cat and he agreed that if I buy at least two catnip mousies per month he would refrain from doing this, but it does rear its head when he loses them under the sofa. Then he threatens to do it again if I don't find them for him so I crawl around and fish them out from under the furniture. Oh! The things I do for my cat :-)

The cat takes money out of my pockets. I have seen it happen, and not neccessarily at night.
