YES .... because ... during the several decades so far of my Adult Life ...
I've survived a horrible short disaster of a marriage (to an abusive, violent sociopath), raised my two children to adulthood (as the only Responsible Parent), actually Retired from the Military (yes, it's true), Earned my UGrad/Grad Degrees along the way (believe me, men run when they find an intelligent/well educated female) ... and I've always worked hard to provide for myself and my family.
The ex only loved my income/things .. and I had to rebuild my life in the approximately 2 decades since the divorce. The only 2 other 'dates' I've had since then (yes, believe me -- dates are so few and far between) ... neither one could LOVE me (or even get beyond a couple of dates) because of my careers/etc (including the fact that my children have disabilities -- but they are now adults and living on their own).
Men my age (who are actually available -- a rarity) ... are either in the 'crazies' (going after the ... well ... let's say they are being preyed upon for their financial assets by these much younger girls) ... burned (by bad marriages) ... or in some other way NOT willing to even try to approach a Woman like myself!
