What do you do when Religious people knock on your door early in the morning?!

I throw the door open naked (with a bright orange hunting hat on) shotgun in hand.
I don't make eye contact I just look past them and say, "Which way did he go? Did you see him? I'm gonna get that damn Easter bunny if it's the last thing I do."
Then I look straight at them (crazy look in my eyes) and say, "Hey, you guys aren't friends of his are you?"
Not only do they leave quick...there will be no repeat visits.
If that's too much for ya...just pretend your not home.

I freeze and wait for them to go away
I don't open the door and stay in my warm bed
Ignore it. =)
Either ignore them Or tell them that you don't believe their way and they probaly won't come back
I say 'if i wanted religion id find it myself, stop forcing it on me'
then shut the door in their face
I don't answer
i pretend i am out
I go into the other room and try to keep my daughter queit while they are knocking.
Open the door wearing an orange bed sheet and hand them a flower and tell them you love them and they will leave you alone and take the next flight out of your neighborhood.
I usually don't answer.
I do have a "No Soliciting" sign by my doorbell WHICH is also "implied" to everybody but they some of them seem to be DENSE and knock anyway, and is why I don't go to the door.
If I am caught off guard not knowing it's one of these ppl, I just say kindly, "No thank-you!"
When I was in my Teens, my oldest Brother would take the time to argue with "Jehovah" ppl at the door over some Scriptures in the Bible!

they're so annoying, they visiting my house like 4 times, the first two times i just let them keep knocking and didn't open the door...then the third time i made the mistake of opening the door cuz i thought it was one of my friends, so they talked with me for like an hour...and then i had to find a way to shut them up so i'm like give me ur card and i'll call you, but i never called so they kept calling me for like weeks and then they came back a forth time asking me why i didn't call and i said if you don't quit bothering me i'll call the cops, lol i think htey got the message.
Advice:
Do NOT open the door, if they keep knocking shout out loud "the police are on their way!"
Ignore them, they'll go away.
