One of the ten commandments says "Thou shalt not steal." Casinos taking bets will win most of the time. So, you could argue that the casinos are sinning by taking money that does not belong to them. But as for the poor suckers that gamble, the vast majority are just stupid. I do not think stupidity is a sin.

LOTS of things are sinful ( you know whats weird? my last name is Sin, Angela Sin is my name! ) anyways, gambling is kinda sinful, since if you get too out of control, you might get addicted to it, and keep on gambling until you loose all your money ( I know people who did that ), and you would be on the street OR cannot pay your bills..
