I do not bother finding the folly in others, as a rule. I do however examine my life and actions every day, I live in a very remote area and I spend most of my time alone, it is rather difficult for me to escape myself. As this has been the case for the last 23 years of my life, I have come to know and understand myself quite well and I no longer lie to myself at all, it would serve no purpose since I know the real truth and no lie could withstand that knowledge.
As for your poll, how in the world could war possibly be the path to peace? War, violence of any kind, is never the best answer to any problem. I have always been able to defuse potentially violent situations with my use of words. Even if my aggressor does not understand the words I use, they will at least make them confused and not so ready to attack. At least this has always been my experience.

I don't have time to focus on everyone elses faults. I have enough of my own.

I do that constantly...it would actually be a change for me to try and find other people's follies instead of my own.
And, A: War is NEVER the answer. I'm so fed-up with all of this violence for peace crap. It's stupid. You don't bring resolution by starting a fight, and you don't bring peace by starting a war.
