A C cup is average for a british woman, however if you're measuring 38 around your chest you may want to lose a bit of weight as you are at higher risk of heart disease and diabetes!. You should not measure more than 34 around your waist!. If its just your chest that is more though and your waist is smaller then ur fine! xWww@Enter-QA@Com

38 c is a great size!. It's not to BIG and not to small!. It just right!.
If you did go for a reduction think about the scares!. It goes under each breast from you arm pit to the upper middle!. You can't see it just looking at them if your standing up, but when you lay down the twins do tend to flatten out and the scares show and stick out like a sore thumb!. also the scare goes up from the bottom of the each twin, in the middle and around the nipple!.
How do I know all of this!. I have had a reduction one 12 years ago!. My scares are not that bad, thank GOD, but some people then to not heal to well!.
Some people are cool with having scares and some are not!.
