I think it could be said, not just of me but many, that I've squandered much of my existance on inhaling and exhaling, not thinking about it, usually taking it for granted!.
Certainly a countless number of things happened because of and between each breath, not all so much a waste, but sometimes less than worthy, in the end, in the effort expended!.
I've been in existence, often with some resistance, for 64 years, and a lotta wind has passed these lungs!. I hope for a lot more!.
