Think of it like this!. If you really are sorry why would you do it in the first place!? I learned a long time ago People won't say what they don't mean!. If you said it, you meant to say it! If you did it, you meant to do it!

I'm extremely careful with my actions and my words so on the rare occasion I feel the need to apologize it's because the person was hurt by the words/action even if they/it was the truth!.
